GTC Financial Services is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our innovative and dynamic Gladstone firm.
Working with a friendly and motivated team who are committed to providing quality service and advice, you will be required to provide a diverse range of administrative and client support assistance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Organising Financial Planners diary, including scheduling and work in progress
- Arranging client appointments
- Responding to written and verbal client enquiries
- Preparing applications, insurance quotes and paperwork to implement advice
- Liaising with fund managers to ensure smooth implementation of advice
- Proactively keeping clients informed of progress of applications
- Maintaining client database and files
Skills in MSOffice, Xplan, client database systems, typing and data-entry are highly desired. Personal qualities and attributes sought include paying attention to detail, the ability to work within systems and processes, excellent organisational abilities, a "can do" work attitude, good written and verbal communication skills, polished presentation, and a follow-through work ethic. Experience in the Financial Planning Industry is essential.
